Jill Kreps

Jill is Head of Product Management on our Technology Solutions team. In her role, she oversees the strategy, design and direction of Hamilton Lane's tech product offerings, namely Cobalt, and serves as a product advisor to several balance sheet technology investments.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2020, Jill worked as a product strategist in Vanguard’s Innovation Studio focused on private wealth direct indexing, in institutional fixed income portfolio strategy for banks and insurance companies at Janney Montgomery Scott and as an internal corporate strategist for Aladdin (formerly BlackRock Solutions) at BlackRock.

Jill earned an M.A. in Economics from Boston University and a B.S. in Business from New York University, Stern School of Business.
