Dylan Ismari

Dylan is a Principal in the Technology Solutions Group where he is responsible for leading and supporting the growth and maintenance of the CobaltLP platform for clients and internal users.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2022, Dylan was a Vice President with Bank of America, Wholesale Credit Technology where he focused on building data pipelines to enable the transition from LIBOR to SOFR. He began his career in national security holding various roles ranging from a senior engineer at a Department of Energy’s national laboratory to owner of his own private enterprise.

Dylan received a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico and a B.S. in Computer Engineering also from the University of New Mexico.
