Eric Solfisburg, CFA, CAIA, CLU, ChFC, AIAF

Eric is a Principal on our Client Solutions team, where he focuses on solutions for insurance companies.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Eric was Head of Investment Product Consulting at MassMutual, where he was responsible for the investment aspects of their institutional insurance business. Preceding MassMutual, Eric was an assistant vice president at State Street, specializing in insurance business development. Eric began his career at River and Mercantile Solutions (now Gallagher), where he worked as an Investment Consultant, Senior Analyst, Head Trader and Portfolio Manager focusing on asset / liability management for financial sponsors.

Eric received a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA),Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC),and Associate in Insurance Accounting and Finance (AIAF) designations. Eric is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Boston, CAIA Association and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Trust of Massachusetts
