Agnieszka Lubawinski
Agnieszka is a Vice President, Evergreen Operations at Hamilton Lane based in our firm's Frankfurt office, where she is responsible for leading operational execution and investor onboarding across the firm's global evergreen fund platform and distribution channels. In this role, Ms. Lubawinski coordinates closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance, fund administrators, transfer agents, custodians, and distribution platforms to design scalable end-to-end onboarding workflows and strengthen governance, regulatory alignment, and investor experience across jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Agnieszka served as a TA Manager, Vice President with Apex Group in Luxembourg, where she led transfer agency operations, investor onboarding, and digital asset tokenization initiatives. Earlier, she spent over eleven years at TMF Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A., rising to Deputy Department Head for Shareholder Services, overseeing AML compliance, regulatory reporting, and fund administration across Luxembourg and EU frameworks.
Agnieszka received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Management from Oxford Brookes University.
