Emile is a Vice President on the Client Solutions team, based in Montreal. Before joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Emile spent seven years as a Regional Director at The Vanguard Group, where he was responsible for all aspects of business development and client relations for Eastern Canada. Prior to Vanguard, he worked for Fidelity Investments, rising to the role of Senior Business Development Manager. He began his career at RBC Bank.
Emile holds a B Com in Finance from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
