Funds Managed by Hamilton Lane Acquire an Interest in Gaming Portfolio from vgames

The secondary transaction involves a portfolio of high-profile gaming assets in Israel

Tel Aviv, Israel –  Hamilton Lane (Nasdaq: HLNE), a leading global private markets investment firm, today announced that funds managed by Hamilton Lane have closed a large structured secondary transaction with vgames, an Israel-based early-stage venture capital firm specializing in the gaming sector. The portfolio includes high-profile assets including game developers Superplay and Innplay Labs, among others. 

The transaction provided liquidity to investors in vgames’ inaugural fund prior to the end of the fund’s term and underscores Hamilton Lane’s expertise in delivering tailored, large-scale solutions that address the evolving needs of the venture capital landscape.
