Tracy Woodward, CPA
Vice President, Fund Accounting
Tracy is a vice president on the Fund Accounting team, based in our Portland office, where she is responsible for overseeing the operations and financial reporting of our structured fund vehicles.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, Tracy was with Real Asset Portfolio Management, where she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the company. In this role, Tracy oversaw all accounting, financial and compliance functions related to the company’s fund vehicles. Previously she has served in various accounting and finance roles at Bridge City Capital, LECG/Bates Private Capital, KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
Tracy graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Portland and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon.
