Senior Transactions Counsel
Alex is a Senior Transactions Counsel with the Investments Legal Group, responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal documentation for direct equity, secondary and primary fund transactions across Hamilton Lane strategies.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2019, he was an associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP (now Troutman Pepper Locke LLP).
Alex received a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
