Managing Director, Head of Germany & Austria, Client Solutions
Sebastian is a Managing Director and heads Germany and Austria where he is responsible for leading business development, client servicing and relationship management in the region.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Sebastian spent eight years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. At J.P. Morgan Asset Management Sebastian was most recently Head of Global Insurance Solutions (D/A/CH region) focusing on customized client solutions and alternative investments. Previously, Sebastian worked for LYXOR Asset Management where he acted as Head of Business Development, Alternative Investments, in the German speaking region. Sebastian started his career in 2002 as a Fixed Income Sales at Deutsche Bank before joining Dresdner Kleinwort and Merril Lynch as a Credit Derivatives Sales.
Sebastian received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with a focus on finance and accounting from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
