Rick Sallee

Rick is Vice President of Compensation where he is responsible for managing global compensation programs, platforms and operations.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Rick held various compensation roles at organizations including Vanguard, QVC, Cencora (formerly AmerisourceBergen) and Lincoln Financial where he provided consultation, guidance and expertise to support human resource and business operations.
Rick holds B.S. degrees in both Business Management and Human Resources Management from Rowan University.
