Paul Leonardo
Paul Leonardo is a Principal on Hamilton Lane’s U.S. Private Wealth team and is responsible for working with registered investment advisors across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
Before joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Paul was a Director at Monroe Capital LLC in Chicago. He has spent much of his career working with RIAs in the Midwest, including at Eaton Vance and Parametric, which are now part of Morgan Stanley Investment Management. Paul began his career at Fidelity Investments, where he helped pilot the firm’s RIA referral platform, Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS), in New York before moving into senior equity product management and RIA-focused roles in Boston and Chicago.
Paul earned a B.A. in Political Science from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
