Beth Nardi
Beth Nardi is a Managing Director at Hamilton Lane based in the firm’s New York office where she is responsible for the US Private Wealth business.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2025, Beth was at JPMorgan Asset Management from 2016-2025 where she most recently served as Head of RIA Enterprise Relationships, Americas. She held a variety of roles while at JPMorgan including Sales Management, Model Portfolio Distribution, and Strategic Accounts. Prior to joining JPMorgan, she helped build an ETF firm, Emerging Global Advisors and worked for AllianceBernstein in their Strategic Accounts team covering Independent Broker Dealers. Beth began her career at Morgan Stanley in 2004 as a Financial Advisor.
Beth received a B.A from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
