Paul Domingo
Paul is Legal Counsel at Hamilton Lane on the Primary and Transactions Legal team, where he is responsible for the review, analysis and negotiation of operative agreements for primary, secondary, direct equity and direct credit investments across Hamilton Lane strategies.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Paul was an associate in the Investment Funds practice of a leading international law firm in New York City, where he focused on fund formation for private investments, including private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.
Paul received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. He has passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) program and is a member of the New York bar.
