Michael Gujda
Michael K. Gujda is a Principal on the Fund Investment and Managed Solutions team, based in our headquarters.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Michael was a senior director and Investment Committee member on Guardian Life’s private equity team, where he spent over 13 yearsoriginating, executing and monitoring Guardian’s allocation to buyout, growth equity, venture and credit funds. Prior to Guardian, Michael spent nearly four years with the Investment Funds program of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (formerly OPIC) monitoring emerging market private equity funds.
Michael received an M.A. in International Policy & International Finance from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
