Melanie Harris
Vice President
Melanie is a Vice President on the Private Wealth Solutions team based in the Sydney office where she is responsible for leading the operations of the firm’s Australian Evergreen fund vehicles.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2025, Melanie held senior operational roles within First Sentier Investors and other boutique global investment management firms where she was responsible for the oversight of end-to-end fund accounting and operations, regulatory compliance, strategic relationship management of key partners and program management.
Melanie received a B.A in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology, Sydney.
