Ali Speiss is Legal Counsel in our Client Legal Group, where she is responsible for formation matters for co-mingled products and separately managed accounts, including closed-end and evergreen funds, single investor fund agreements, investment management agreements, advisory agreements and other customized client services agreements.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Ali was an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group of a leading international law firm, where she advised sponsors on the formation and structuring of U.S. private equity funds and alternative investment funds in Luxembourg.
