Paul-Alexandre Hökfelt
Alexandre Hökfelt is a Managing Director on the Direct Credit team, where he is responsible for our European direct credit activities.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Alexandre served as Head of Funding at Gilion. As a member of the executive management team, he was responsible for the company’s overall funding strategy.
Before Gilion, Alexandre was Head of Financing at Bridgepoint Development Capital, where he led the funds capital market activities. Earlier in his career, he was a managing director at EQT Credit, focusing on originating and executing direct credit investments across Europe.
He began his career as an analyst at JPMorgan, working in the European Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team in London.
Alexandre holds an M.A. (hons) in Management from the University of St Andrews.
