Nate Clark

Nate is a Vice President on the Direct Credit team, where he is responsible for leading the due diligence, evaluation and execution of direct credit investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2023, Nate was a credit research analyst at Birch Creek Capital. In this role, he performed due diligence on high yield and distressed municipal bonds. Previously, he was an analyst at Murray Devine & Company, a valuation advisor to private equity, private credit and venture capital firms. Nate began his career as a corporate finance analyst at Sunoco Logistics, managing the company’s liquidity and financing needs.

Nate received a BBA in finance from Temple University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
