Samantha Leandri
Sam is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Innovation, with a focus on advancing the firm’s innovation agenda, digitizing business processes and shaping the data strategy for the firm. She helps lead initiatives across business technology, data, and AI enablement to modernize workflows, improve scalability, and support the firm’s evolving strategic priorities.
Most recently, Sam served as Head of Digital Business Transformation. Before that, she led the firm’s Middle Office, responsible for oversight of valuation, performance reporting, client onboarding and data integrity functions. Earlier in her career at Hamilton Lane, Sam worked in the Finance department, where she was responsible for overseeing the operations and financial reporting of the firm’s structured fund vehicles. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2010, Sam was a senior associate with EY, where she worked in the assurance practice with a focus on the financial services industry.
Sam received a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College.
