Nhat Nguyen is Vice President of Global Payroll at Hamilton Lane, where he oversees global payroll operations.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2025, Nhat spent nearly a decade at Prudential, leading the development and execution of their global payroll operating model. He also held a similar role at CIT Group and founded his own consulting firm. Nhat brings over 20 years of functional and technical experience in Human Capital Management and Global Payroll.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from Temple University.
