Maria Sala
Maria Sala is Head of Multi-Strategy Evergreen Products, based in our Zurich office, where she leads the global ex-U.S. product specialist effort for multi-strategy evergreen investment solutions. She is responsible for capital formation, product management and investor relations, partnering closely with portfolio managers and distribution teams to communicate investment strategy and performance.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Maria spent over a decade at BlackRock, most recently as Head of Wealth Alternatives Specialists for DACH and Italy, where she led private markets distribution across Switzerland, Germany, Italy and Austria. Earlier in her career, she held senior client facing roles at Barclays, Goldman Sachs and HSBC. She brings nearly 20 years of experience across public and private markets.
