Kristen McCarthy
Kristen is a principal on the Digital Business Transformation team, where she leads Hamilton Lane's Data Strategy & Governance function, responsible for driving our enterprise-wide data strategy and governance and championing data stewardship across the organization.
Prior to rejoining Hamilton Lane, Kristen was a Director of Alternative Investments at BlackRock, where she led and developed strategy for operational and technological initiatives across the firm. She began her career at Hamilton Lane and, prior to 2021, served as Head of Client Services, overseeing the team’s relationship management and data strategy efforts.
Kristen received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
