Julie Gilliaux
Senior Legal Counsel
Julie Gilliaux is a Senior Counsel in our Investment Legal team at Hamilton Lane, based in the London office. In her role, she oversees a wide range of legal matters related to fund structuring, capital raising, and the establishment and ongoing management of investment funds.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Julie served as Legal Counsel at Blackstone Europe LLP, where she supported the EMEA Private Wealth group with a focus on legal and regulatory matters across its product lineup. She began her career as a funds lawyer in Luxembourg and London, advising on fund formation and structuring across multiple asset classes.
Julie received an LL.B. from the University of Namur and an LL.M. from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
