Joe Montelione is a principal on our Treasury team, where he is responsible for leading structured finance and capital markets initiatives across the platform.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, Joe was a vice president at Future Standard, where he focused on fund-level financial planning, liquidity management and strategic initiatives across the firm’s private credit platform. He also held roles in treasury at Sun National Bank and began his career in fixed income sales and trading at Stifel.
Joe received a B.S. in Finance from Ramapo College and is a CFA Charterholder.
