John Alburger
Vice President
John Alburger is a Vice President at Hamilton Lane on the Real Assets team, responsible for Real Estate and Infrastructure product management, including capital formation, investor relations and portfolio construction.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2026, John served as Vice President with EQT Partners Inc., where he focused on investor relations, fund formation and project management for real estate and evergreen structures. John began his career as a commercial real estate research analyst at JLL, and served for five years in Institutional Advisory and Consultant Relations within Vanguard’s Institutional Division.
John received a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. He also holds the CFP® designation.
