Jérôme Kamm
Principal, Direct Equity Investments
Jérôme is a Principal on our Direct Equity Investment team, in London. He works on the origination, evaluation, and execution of buyout opportunities, including Impact transactions, which he leads in Europe. He serves as a board observer for several of Hamilton Lane’s investments across business services, industrials, and healthcare.
A member of the Investment Technology/Artificial Intelligence Task Force and Responsible Investment Committee, Jérôme regularly represents Hamilton Lane as a speaker on a variety of private equity investment topics.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, he worked at HSBC and Greenhill & Co.
Jérôme received a BA and MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
