Jérôme Kamm
Jérôme is a Vice President on our Direct Equity Investment team, based in London. He works on the origination, evaluation and due diligence of direct equity opportunities generally, with as well as Impact transactions, which he leads in EMEA. He sits as a board observer for several of Hamilton Lane's direct equity investments across business services, environmental & industrial technology and healthcare sectors.
Jérôme is a member of the Responsible Investment Committee and the Investment Technology/Artificial Intelligence Task Force. He regularly represents Hamilton Lane as a speaker on varied private equity topics.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, he worked at HSBC and Greenhill & Co.
Jérôme received a B.A and M.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
