Drew Carl, CPA
Drew is a Managing Director and the Chief Accounting Officer for the firm, where he is responsible for financial reporting, accounting and internal controls.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, Drew was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the Audit & Assurance practice. Drew’s prior experience includes mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, the accounting and reporting requirements of public companies, and technical accounting issues in areas such as business combinations, consolidations and revenue recognition.
Drew received a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA).
