Douglas Ford

Doug is a Managing Director and Head of Operational Due Diligence, where he is responsible for the direction and oversight of the firm's operational due diligence program.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Doug led the operational due diligence function within Morgan Stanley’s Private Equity Solutions group; and prior to that, he was a member of the operational due diligence team within Morgan Stanley’s Hedge Fund Solutions group. Doug previously also held accounting and fund administration-related roles at Cohen & Company and SEI Investments.

Doug received an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a Finance, B.S.B.A from Shippensburg University.
