Chris Fanick
Chris is legal counsel at Hamilton Lane, based in our Conshohocken office. He is responsible for legal review and analysis for credit and equity co-investments made by the firm’s evergreen, closed-end and separately managed accounts.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2025, Chris served as an associate with Latham & Watkins LLP, where he handled legal negotiations and analysis for borrower and lender-side credit facilities, as well as energy and infrastructure mergers and acquisitions. Chris began his career as a summer associate at DLA Piper, McKool Smith and Latham & Watkins LLP, and was previously Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review.
Chris received a J.D. with a certificate in Business Management from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Communication from Trinity University. He is a member of the Texas Bar and is licensed in-house counsel in Pennsylvania.
