Charlotte Riley
Charlotte is a Principal HR Business Partner based in the firm’s London office where she is responsible for partnering with the EMEA region to deliver strategic and operational people and talent initiatives.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2024, Charlotte was Global HR Director at MVision Private Equity Advisers where she was responsible for delivering the firm’s global people strategy, and later also overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Charlotte has gained broad generalist HR experience across Financial and Professional Services during her career, including at Starr Insurance Companies, JLT Group and at EY.
Charlotte received a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of West of England and her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology and Anthropology from Bristol University. Charlotte is a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds her FINRA Series 99 Operations Professional license.
