Anastasia Di Carlo
Anastasia is a Managing Director and Head of Italy on the Client Solutions team, leading our Milan office. She is responsible for client management locally and plays a significant role in the development of activities and client relationships in Italy across institutional and private wealth segments. Anastasia has over 18 years of international experience in the private markets, first on the investment side and then in client management.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, initially based in our Sydney office, Anastasia was an Associate Director on the Investment team at Quentin Ayers, an Australian advisor on global private capital portfolios for institutional clients. She began her career at the European Investment Fund (EIF), based in Luxembourg, where she held roles on the Risk Management department and Private Equity & Venture Capital Investment teams. Anastasia earned her M.S. in General Management from Bocconi University, Milan.
