Samantha Leandri
Head of Middle Office
Sam is a Managing Director in the Enterprise Technology department with a focus on digitizing business processes and setting the data strategy for the firm, Most recently, Sam led the firm’s Middle Office, responsible for oversight of the valuation, performance reporting, client onboarding and data integrity functions. Prior to leading Middle Office, Sam worked in the Finance department, where she was responsible for overseeing the operations and financial reporting of the firm’s structured fund vehicles.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2010, Sam was a senior associate with EY, where she worked in the assurance practice with a focus on the financial services industry.
Sam received a B.S. in Accounting from King’s College.
