Lars is a Principal on the Infrastructure & Real Assets team at Hamilton Lane, responsible for due diligence of primary fund and coinvestment opportunities in infrastructure and real assets.Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2010, Lars was a portfolio manager at American Beacon Advisors, Inc., where he oversaw a $1B portfolio of private equity investments. Previously, Lars was a Financial Analyst with American Airlines Inc. and Ford Motor Company.
Lars received an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. from Duke University.
