Co-Head of Fund Investment & Managed Solutions
Carolin is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Fund Investment & Managed Solutions team based in the firm’s London office, where she is responsible for overseeing managed account relationships in EMEA. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Carolin was a Senior Director in the Private Equity Group of Alvarez & Marsal Europe where she served in several roles spanning from advising Private Equity Clients on the value creation for their portfolio to leading a Relationship Management Programme for Private Equity Clients in Europe.
Carolin earned a Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Munich, Germany. She also received a Masters in Business Management from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
