Senior Customer Success Manager
Muriam is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Hamilton Lane where she leads Cobalt client relationships by working hands-on with them to onboard, train and ensure they are maximizing their use of the Cobalt platform. In addition, Muriam focuses on client retention, empowering her team through best practices for clients and dedicated client marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2017, Muriam began her career as a Unit Investment Trust (UIT) Associate at Janney Montgomery Scott where she focused on executing trades and collaborating with financial advisors to increase product sales.
Muriam received an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Finance and Marketing both from Drexel University.
