Dan Cascarano, CAIA
Dan Cascarano, CAIA, is a Principal in Hamilton Lane’s Business Development Group, where he is responsible for leading business development with financial intermediaries and platforms.
Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Dan was Vice President, Director of Institutional Relations at 361 Capital where he was responsible for developing and maintaining key account relationships among institutional investors and bank trusts. Previously, Dan was a Senior Alternatives Analyst at US Bank working with the Private Client Reserve group sourcing and analyzing best-in-class alternative investment managers across alternatives strategies, including private equity, real assets and hedge funds. He was also a Senior Research Analyst with Jeffrey Slocum & Associates. Dan began his career as a Senior Associate at RBC and has 16 years of financial services industry experience.
Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas. He currently holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
