Rosemarie Farhat
Corporate Counsel
Rosemarie is a Corporate Counsel on the Fund Investment Team where she assists with the legal diligence, review and negotiation of primary investments for the firm’s commingled funds and client accounts. Rosemarie began her career as an Associate Corporate & Securities Attorney at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago. At Mayer Brown she primarily represented private equity funds and sponsors of real estate investments funds in connection with fund formation and investments by institutional and other investors.
Rosemarie received her J.D. from Villanova School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Business Management, from Syracuse University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Illinois bars.
