Customized Client Service
Hamilton Lane has a strong culture of client service, creating customized programs that meet each client’s unique needs. Our services range from designing and implementing discretionary investment mandates to developing non-discretionary programs in support of a client's in-house staff.

Customization begins with understanding each client’s particular investment objectives and risk-return parameters. We use our proprietary research and analytical tools to project the role of alternative assets and private equity within a client’s overall portfolio, developing and implementing a tailored strategic plan.

We focus on developing the kind of interaction that a client wishes to have with us. Frequency of interaction with our clients varies, depending on a client's preference. Furthermore, we encourage our clients to interact with fund sponsors to whatever degree they desire, ranging from no involvement, where Hamilton Lane acts as the primary interface, to extensive involvement, in which we fill the role of silent facilitator.

Customized client reports can be designed across a wide spectrum, depending on a client’s requirements. All clients are given access to our proprietary Portfolio Reporting System, which provides Internet-based, real-time access to the client’s account and a wealth of related documents.
