Olin is a Vice President at Hamilton Lane, responsible for Information Technology operations. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Olin was Manager of Systems Integration for First Consulting Group where he worked for a number of major corporations managing such projects as multi-site, multi-system roll outs and upgrades, Year 2000 compliance programs, and the development of an infrastructure services support group. Prior to First Consulting Group, Olin was Manager of Technology for the Rosen Organization. He has 20 years of experience with operating environments, programming languages, application environments, coordinating the deployment of new applications and systems, and designing wide area networks.

Olin received a B.S. in Finance from LaSalle University and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
