Bob is Hamilton Lane's General Counsel, responsible for legal affairs, including the review of documentation for investments recommended to the firm’s clients. He also oversees the firm's Information Technology and Human Resource Departments. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Bob was a partner at the law firm of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP, Philadelphia, PA. Previously, he was associated with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Wilmington, DE, and Sullivan & Cromwell, New York, NY.

Bob received a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Law Review, and a B.A. from Hobart College. He is a member of the state bars of Delaware, New York, and Pennsylvania.
