Mei-ni is a Vice President based in our Hong Kong office. She is responsible for due diligence of primary fund investment opportunities in the Asia ex-Japan region.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Mei-ni was a Vice President at CCMP Capital Asia (currently Unitas Capital and previously JP Morgan Partners). She was responsible for valuation, due diligence, transaction structure and portfolio monitoring, as well as post-investment business strategy implementation on Leveraged Buyout opportunities in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

Prior to CCMP Capital Asia, Mei-ni was an Associate in the TMT team of Citigroup Global Markets Asia Ltd. based in Hong Kong, where she participated in a number of capital market and cross-border M&A activities for technologies companies.

Mei-ni is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton school and a B.A. in International Studies. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the CFA Institute and HKSFA.
