Mike Ryan is a Vice President at Hamilton Lane where he is responsible for the firm's Research Department. In addition, he is active in due diligence for primary fund investment opportunities.

Previously, Mike was a Principal at Capital Z Investment Partners where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring Capital Z’s hedge fund and private equity fund investments. Prior to joining Capital Z in 2001, Mike worked in the Technology Investment Banking and Real Estate Investment Banking groups at Merrill Lynch.

Mike graduated from Williams College with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science.
