Mike is Vice President of Finance and Controller in Hamilton Lane¹s Accounting Department, where he is responsible for internal and external reporting, accounting research, and the development of accounting policies and procedures for the department.

Mike came to Hamilton Lane with more than 10 years of auditing and financial reporting experience. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Mike was Assistant Controller at PQ Corporation, an international chemical manufacturer. Prior to that, Mike was an audit manager with KPMG in Philadelphia. Mike began his career with a Fortune 200 global packaging company where he held several accounting positions.

Mike received a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and PICPA).
