Marla is Vice President of Human Resources at Hamilton Lane, responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation.

Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Marla worked as a Regional Department Manager at Enterprise Leasing of Philadelphia where she oversaw training, policies and procedure implementation, compliance, legal, and human resources. She also was one of the department managers responsible for the expansion of Enterprise into the Vancouver, British Columbia market.

Marla holds a B.A. in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
