Allen is a Vice President in Hamilton Lane's Product Management Group, where he is the Product Manager responsible for the firm's Monitoring and Reporting service offering.

Allen began his career at Hamilton Lane in 1998 and most recently managed the day-to-day operations of the firm’s investment monitoring and portfolio reporting department, including the production of client and separate account portfolio performance reports, and administration of the web-based Hamilton Lane Portfolio Reporting System. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Allen was a mutual fund accountant with SEI Investments.

Allen received a B.S. in Business Administration from Delaware State University.
